You can use ElsieApp to easily manage any of your student’s excursions or trips out.

The Social Event planning features allow you to create paid and free events within ElsieApp. You can then add students and their guests to the events, update their key contact details, track payment for the event or excursion.

Before the event you’ll be able to email or text all the students that are signed up and then, just before the event, you can print full attendee details - so anyone leading the trip will have a full list including emergency contact details and accommodation.
