Student search

  • Ability to search for students coming to the school from no provider/eto in particular

  • Design update

Student

  • After entering the date of birth a search for students with the same DOB is done. If any are found a message is displayed listing the potential duplicates. This prevents existing students being added twice - Name alone is not enough to ensure no duplication.

Analytics

  • labels P1 and P2 have been replaced by the selected dates

  • Student Weeks and Student Bodies columns are now grouped

  • NEW Diff % columns was added

  • As admin user all boxes are pre-filled with ‘P’

  • Sick students flagged with ‘S’

Class management

  • For centre manager only now display teacher and rooms for their associated buildings

  • Home page for centre manager only displays their centre numbers

REports

  • All details add Transfer arrival and departure time

  • Student booked, arrival and leavers only display students associated with a course

ENROLMENT module

  • Remove deposit and payment authorisation handling
