We know that you will all have your own unique privacy policies in place, particularly if you’re in the EU and need to meet GDPR regulations and care about Privacy Data.

We’ve been developing a flexible feature in ElsieApp that will support you in meeting those critical obligations.

Now available to all clients is the ability to have ElsieApp automatically delete or anonymise sensitive data: Student’s record after they have finished studying from your school, Host provider when you stopped working together.

By default the feature will be do the following for Student’s record:

30 days after the student has finished their courses ElsieApp will automatically

• Delete their passport or national id card details

• Delete their emergency details

• Delete any uploaded documents

5 years after the student has finished their courses ElsieApp will automatically

• Anonymise their names

• Remove every information about their booking but keep their Date of Birth and Nationality

It is also possible to change these settings to match your own unique privacy policy - that’s something we’ll easily be able to implement for you.
